Brian Shube Consulting Inc. a leader in food safety is pleased to announce the promotion of Michelle McCormack to the position of President of the company effective immediately. Mrs. McCormack joined the company in April of 2012 and most recently has been serving as Director of Marketing. She has long been a key member of the management team and has played an integral role in the company’s current leadership position in the industry.  Mrs. McCormack will manage the day to day operations of the company and will report directly to Mr. Shube.

Brian Shube will be assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer and will focus on growth strategy and ensuring the continued prosperity of BSC.

We are also pleased to announce that Ms. Jaquelyn ONeill has been promoted to Vice President of Food Safety. Ms. ONeill joined the company in February of 2016 and most recently has been serving as Director of Operations. In this capacity, Ms. ONeill will be tasked with implementing project controls and standards to guarantee that client implementations are completed in a timely manner and to insure continued client satisfaction. Ms. Amanda Irizarry our Director of Food Safety will report directly to Ms. ONeill and will continue to be responsible for all food safety implementation projects.

Brian Shube Consulting (BSC) was established in 1995 to assist small businesses to manage their supply chain activities and grow their businesses. Our President, Brian Shube has 30 years’ experience in this field. Our company provides effective and efficient global trade and food safety solutions that help businesses grow nationally and internationally. We focus our attention on all aspects of food manufacturing, food safety, and the importation of food products. Several years ago, we expanded our offerings to include a dedicated Food Safety Division. This allowed us to help companies with regulatory compliance, Foreign Supplier Verification Programs, HACCP, SQF, and preparation for various FSMA and 3rd party certifications.

Brian Shube Founder / CEO


Brian Shube is a management consultant,  educator and IT professional with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution.

Brian founded BSC in 1995 to help businesses to grow and flourish. He is an expert on Import/Export and Supply Chain Management. His practice focuses on helping clients to navigate the complexities of global trade and grow their business. In addition to his consulting practice, Brian is on the faculty at Essex County College where he teaches courses in entrepreneurship and supply chain management. Additionally, Brian has been teaching graduate level business courses at Caldwell University.

Michelle McCormack President


 Michelle joined Brian Shube Consulting Inc as the Director of Marketing in April 2012.   She is a graduate of Adelphi University with a BA in Business Management and Finance. Jacquelyn ONeill V.P. of Food Safety


Jackie ONeill comes to us from GE Healthcare.  Before joining Brian Shube Consulting she worked as their Business Applications Manager and Marketing Communications Manager.   She has a unique 25-year background in IT, Sales, Customer care and sales support.  In her former role she assisted Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance and IT with various system projects, design, implementation and training.  Her strength was assisting Sales representatives with increasing revenue from leads and opportunities generated from trade shows and events. 

Since joining Brian and his team she is on a mission to help entrepreneurs and small businesses grow and become profitable.   She has an extensive background in project management, communication, marketing, strategic planning and business development. Office: (732)-640-8800 


About Us

Amanda Irizarry Director Food Safety


Amanda Irizarry is the Food Safety Director at Brian Shube Consulting Inc. She is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has a Bachelorette of Science in Food Service Entrepreneurship & an Associates of Arts degree in Baking & Pastry Arts.

Amanda has been in the food industry for 21 years and has held various positions from the front and back of the house, management, training, consulting, cafeterias, snack bars and manufacturing plants. She is a Certified Trainer and Proctor for SerVsafe.

Amanda has her CP-FS (Certified Professional in Food Safety) certificate from N.E.H.A (National Health Association).  She is an SQF practitioner for level 3 and has her

 PCQI certificate.

Amanda has worked in the cheese industry for over 3 years. She has worked with top products in Grated Parmesan, Romano & Asiago Cheeses. She has vast knowledge of the cheese process from grating to packaging. She has also done several site visits to various manufacturing plants who create cheese. She has a broad understanding of shelf life studies, has participated in sensory evaluations of products, and has performed microbiological testing on a variety of items from certified laboratories. Muschieka Muschett Inside Sales


Muschieka joined Brian Shube Consulting January 2018 as an intern. She is pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management and is expected to graduate December 2018. 

She is honored to be given the opportunity to earn valuable experience from global trade and food safety experts.

Sharon Lazar Inside Sales


Sharon Lazar joined Brian Shube consulting in 2019 after 25 years of working in the pharmaceutical industry.   

She graduated from Rutgers University with a major in marketing and brings knowledge of FDA guidelines, marketing and sales experience to our team.  Give Sharon a call to discuss your food safety needs.
